How to use your GSafe.
Pick your product to see the steps. Each one is designed so you can act quickly — even under stress.
Choose your product:
Pull the pin to activate the 130dB alarm. Reinsert it anytime to stop the sound.
Press once to turn on the flashlight. Press again for flashing strobe lights.
Connect with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub to track your alarm from your phone.
Tap "Play Sound" to make the alarm ring when nearby, helping you find your bag or keys.
Pull the pin out from the top ring. The 130dB alarm and flashing strobe start instantly and keep going until you stop them.
Press the side button once for a steady flashlight. Press again for a flashing strobe, and once more to turn it off.
Push the pin back into the top to silence the alarm. It's ready to use again straight away.
Unlock
Twist the safety lock to ready.
Aim
Aim toward the threat.
Press
Use short, controlled bursts.
Leave
Leave the area immediately and call for help as soon as you can.
Switch down. Device is off and safe to carry.
Slide the switch to the middle for the flashlight.
Slide the switch fully up. The red indicator shows the device is ready.
Press the button to activate. It produces a very loud electrical arc.
Press the green button to turn on the flashlight.
Press the red button to activate the electric arc.
GSafe is made for creating distance and getting away — not confrontation.
Connect it to your phone.
Pair your alarm with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub to track it, check its battery, and make it ring when you misplace it.
Apple Find My
- Press the flashlight button once to power on the alarm.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone.
- Tap "+" and select "Add Other Item."
- Keep the alarm close to your phone, then tap Connect and follow the on-screen steps.
Google Find Hub
- Turn on Bluetooth, mobile data/Wi-Fi, and Location.
- Open Google Find Hub and sign in.
- Press the flashlight button once on the alarm.
- Keep the alarm close to your phone and follow the on-screen steps.
Note: It works with Android phones, but is not currently compatible with Huawei devices because Huawei does not support the Google services required for location tracking.
Not connecting?
Try the following:
- Restart your phone.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- On Android, confirm Location is on and Google Play Services is updated.
Then try pairing again.
Reset the alarm: press the button 5 times quickly, holding on the 5th press until you hear a ringing chime. Then try pairing again from the start.
Good to know: lost it nearby? Open Find My or Find Hub and tap “Play Sound” to make it chime. You can also check the battery level in the same app — recharge with the included USB-C cable when it shows low.
